Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all screws, weatherstripping, and installation hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
